Adv. Sarah David

Adv. Sarah David advises corporations across a variety of business sectors, with an emphasis on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Sarah also provides ongoing counsel to entrepreneurs, private investors and corporations on a broad range of legal matters relating to their domestic and international activity, including corporate governance, financing and other commercial matters.

Sarah joined our firm after completing her internship in the International Law Department of the Counseling and Legislation Division, under the Deputy Attorney General.
